Yacht Clubs of the Americas has purchased the Tampa Bayside Marina and two other marinas in Naples
and Key West for approximately $100 million. The marinas are being converted to member-owned
storage facilities or dockominiums.
The 700 dry slips at Tampa Bayside are being sold for between $120,000 and $184,000 each and can
hold boats up to 45 feet, said Lauren Loeffler, spokesperson for YCOA.
Owners will have the use of an array of amenities, such as a full-time dockmaster and staff, dockside
deli and owners' lounge, unlimited in/out service, boat washing and engine flushing, pool, waterfront
tiki hut and barbeque area, shower and restroom facilities, 24-hour security and all fuel and provisions
at wholesale cost, the company said in a release.
